先日、第６期が修了したことを記念に、第１期から第６期までの同窓会がオンラインが開催されました。

その様子を受講生を教えてくれました！！

同じ教育観を持つ仲間との「安全安心の場」

こんにちは！男子２人ママのはーちゃんです！

かおりメソッド実践オンラインサロンでは、外部の方も参加できる天才ノートカフェはもちろんのこと、MPJアンバサダーが主催となって気軽に交流をする会、子供も親もリフレッシュできる「学びの杭打ちツアー」など、リアル、オンラインを問わず多岐にわたって開催されています。


今回行われたのは、

超オンライン講座受講者限定の同窓会！

各期ごとのメンバーは、３ヶ月間お互いの自己内省を公開しあって深め合い、励まし合ってきました。

今回は期をまたいでの大交流会のため、かなりの大人数が参加！

そこで、何人かに分かれての交流をしました。

同期でのブレイクアウトルームでの近況報告に次いで、ランダムにグループに分かれての交流です♪

初めましての方もいるグループでの交流もあり、たくさんの方とお話しするチャンスに恵まれました。


私は第４期なのですが、私以外はなんと第６期の修了ほやほやの方々ばかりというグループトークもあり、先輩？！として、「いつ自分が変わるのを実感できたか？」という質問も受けました。

３ヶ月を経たばかりの頃、確かに思ったより自分が変わっていないのでは‥？

という心配をしたことを私も覚えています。


「もちろん子供に対してイライラしたり怒ってしまったり、そういうことは今でもある。

けれども、そんな自分を俯瞰してブレた自分の軸をまた戻していけるという自信が備わったように感じる」

なんてことをお話ししたりしました。

そして６期生の皆様にちょっと先輩ヅラをして、語っている自分に成長を感じました(笑)


超オンライン講座は自分自身を見つめ直して自分軸をブレないものにするという、一見、子育てと関係あるの？という内容です。

しかし、ワークを通じて自己内省を深めることで自分自身に変化が訪れ、ひいては子供への対応が変わっていくということが期待されます。

自分だけではなく、同期という仲間とお互いの気持ちをシェアしあい、様々な悩みを共有できたこともとても有意義でした。

悩んでいるのは自分だけではない

そんな安心感も持てる安全安心の場と今でもなっています。

今回の同窓会では、最近少しブレがちだった私に、前向きになるヒントをたくさんもらえてやっぱり参加してよかったと思える会でした。
