「やる気」を引き出す黄金ルール
2月7日（日）9:00-10:00に開催されました

 

某有名小学校のカリスマ教師ぬまっち先生と代表の岩田との対談が実現しました。

 

 

日曜日の朝にも関わらず受講生である保護者も参加して
打ち解けた気軽な雰囲気の中200名以上の方が参加されました！
 

ぬまっち先生の担任する教室はちょっと異色で
◎掃除の時間は「ダンシング」
◎1年で1000以上の公募にクラスで応募して「賞金ゲットのコツを習得」
◎卒業旅行は「リムジンにのって帝国ホテルでお食事」
◎100点の漢字テストは「焼肉チケット」に変換
◎脱「係活動」⇒あらゆることが「プロジェクト」化
◎教室の掲示板は「花畑」作戦
などなど。。。。

（決してお金持ち学園ではありません。笑）

 

すべて、お金をかけることなく、「子どもたちの主体性」が生んだ成果
どうしてそんな魔法のような教室になるのか
子ども達にどんな声がけをしているのか、何を大切に学級運営しているのかに迫りました。

 

ぬまっち先生が「公教育」の立場から軽快かつ引き込まれるトークを展開くださり、

あっという間の1時間でした。
