Hello!I’m totally confused!. I’ve been trying to eat according to the Nutrition Guide, which is the opposite of what is in this article. I skip breakfast, my first meal is around 11.30, the second meal around 3.30-4 and the last one around 7, after that I go to the gym and around 9.30 I have the protein shake…if the guide states to eat the first meal of the day after 14 hrs of the meal of the day before that resumes, in my case to skip breakfast!This is contradictory to what your Nutrition Guides follows.I really appreciate if you could get back with me to see what do I need to change,Thank you for your time in advanceDiana
